For all refunds, please ensure you take the necessary steps within the first seven (7) days of receiving your order:

  1. Email images of defective package to info@drinkheadspace.com
  2. A customer care member will reach out to suggest the next course of action. If you initiate the claim more than seven (7) days after receiving your order, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
